Type of Food: Fine dining with a European flair - some of the better cuisine in the area. Limited menu and fairly expensive so check their menu online or call during the season.

Based on approximately 4 dining experiences.
Docking:	Limited. Depends if someone is renting their private cottage lakeside. Call to see if the dock is available.
Atmosphere:	Clean and open, a very nice restaurant with lots of open air seating during the summer months.
Entertainment:	Some excellent entertainment during the season; what we could call "classy".
Wine/Cocktails:	We enjoy Knapp's wine; as usual for the Finger Lakes, the whites tend to be better than the reds.

Commentary

Knapp has reputation as one of the finer dining places around the Finger Lakes and for good reason. Their food is great and the atmosphere is classy. While I find the menu a bit limited for families, it is excellent for adults who want to live it up occasionally.

Recommendations for the Restaurant

	Put in a public dock please!
	Post some signs to let boaters know they can dock and if the dock is available.
