Cayuga Lake Swimming

This table list swimming spots and public pools around Cayuga Lake.

Sandy Cove map needed
"Sandy Cove" is the local nick name for this swimming spot, located between Hibiscus Point and Howland point on the east side of Cayuga Lake. An excellent shallow (around 3-4') sandy bottom for wading and swimming on hot summer days. Tends to get a bit crowded during the weekends and holidays but it's always worth dropping the hook here to cool off, raft up, or meet people.
